No-mess bacon… Myth or real??

I am happy to report, no-mess bacon is real!
I just tried the bacon-in-the-oven technique (via Martha Stewart) and I am never going back to my old pan-frying bacon-cooking ways! Not only was it easy and free of grease splatters, but the bacon cooked perfectly too. Win-win!
Preheat oven to 400, put the bacon on parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes or until it’s as crispy as you like it. Remove, place on paper towels to absorb the grease, and I dare you to try not to eat it all right then and there.
